The Perfect Wagyu Burger

  • Allow your Snowdonia Wagyu Burger to reach room temperature for at least 30 minutes before use so they cook evenly.

  • Use a heavy based pan or griddle (or BBQ!) and you shouldn’t need to add oil or butter or any cooking fat

  • Place the Wagyu Burger caerfuly in the pan / griddle and cook on a high heat around 3 minutes each side, turning gently.

  • Reduce the heat and cook at medium until the burgers reach the correct temperature ( internal temp of 70c for two minutes is advised) or your preferred cooking temp.
